Transfers.
Transfers is the record of copies: uploads, downloads, packages and anything a hot folder or sync job moved. Each row shows the speed while it is running and the result when it finishes.
What you see
Administrators see every transfer and can switch between Mine and Everyone's. Everyone else sees a transfer when they started it, when it used a link or package they made, or when it went into or out of a folder they can read, through their own access or a group they belong to. Access to a folder covers that folder and everything inside it.
Seeing a transfer does not let you stop it. Only the person who started it, or an administrator, can pause, resume or cancel it.
Find one
Filter by date, status, direction, method and storage. Administrators can also filter by group, and by who started it, who made the link, who uploaded it or who downloaded it, including someone without an account who collected a package. Search matches file names, folders, people and package subjects.
Filters, sorting and the page are kept in the address, so a link you copy opens the same view. When the list is longer than one page, the footer shows where you are and moves you to the next page.
Open a transfer to see its files, where it came from and went to, any error, and the actions it allows.
Speed limits
Admin → Transfers → Traffic limits sets how fast copies may run, and how many may run at once, for the whole server and, on Team, per user, group and external recipient. Business adds schedules, group priority and per-job limits. Usage charts, CSV export and the monitoring feed are covered in Monitoring.
